Cake Anyone?

Chocolate/vanilla cake w/ a really bad chocolate ganache recipe. All flowers and leaves are made out of gumpaste. The flowers are dusted with Edible Rainbow dust. These can be found at www.icinginspirations.ca

    I just decrease the powdered sugar to 1 cup though

  4. I do! I do!

    I use 8 oz (weigh it) of dark chocolate, melt it over a double boiler and then add 8 oz (one cup) of whip cream. Could do any amount, just even out the weight of the chocolate with the liquid measure of whip cream.

    I usually let it set up a bit if I'm using a spat, but some cakes you could just pour it over.

    So good!
